Good morning, thank you for your patience in receiving this order, and I'm so sorry to hear it hasn't arrived when we would have expected it to. We've had a look into this and can see that it left our Warehouse on Thursday, however speaking to the couriers they noted delays on their side. The courier now expects your parcel to be delivered tomorrow, however if you don't receive it by then, please do get in touch with our customer service team on 01432 373 350 who can speak to the couriers again. Thank you again for your patience and sharing your feedback with us.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback and patience in receiving your order. We work with all available couriers that run out of Hereford, however unfortunately orders are out of our control once they leave our depot. The delay you experience isn't our usual standard, and we apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused. We don't expect this to reoccur, however should this happen again, please do contact our customer service team who can assist in liaising with the courier.
