The first batch of notebooks were incorrectly printed and it was quite a bit of work to check them and then box them back up and arrange pick up and re delivery.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We're really sorry that you were frustrated with the inconvenience involved in returning the faulty order for resolution. Unfortunately the factories do sometimes have issues but we will always try our hardest to rectify the problem as quickly and fuss-free as possible for you. I understand this issue was on your first order of notebooks and trust that everything was to your satisfaction with the replacements and subsequent second order? If you have any comments that could help us to improve our customer service in these situations in future, I would be really grateful for your input.
