Many thanks for providing valuable feedback. I am sorry you had problems initially reporting your claim and getting through to us. This is not our normal standard of service and please be assured we will be addressing our telephone performance and connectivity. The repair itself was fantastic and R&R Bodyshop were very good. I've put 4 Stars because I thought the communication from Jaguar Insurance could have been a bit slicker.
Jaguar has employed the services of a company called Kindertons to manage the claim process. Kindertons are massively under staffed with telephone wait times upto 35 minutes, the quickest answer was a
