We are sorry to hear that you experienced the issues with the delivery and are not satisfied with our customer service team. We reviewed our records and can see that the premium delivery service was not chosen at the checkout section, hence the delivery team did not assemble the items for you. However, this does not justify the driver's attitude towards you, which was immediately raised with the carrier the first time we were notified about the situation.
Our customer service team never ignores our customer's enquiries, which was also not the case with you. One of our agents advised that the stand alone assembly service cannot be arranged at this stage, not the return of the sofa, as we have a 30 days return policy designated to give you more time to decide wether you want to keep the item or not.
