We are very sorry for your frustrating stay with us. It was unfortunate that a leak in a pipe within the wall caused you to have to move to a different accommodation so that the proper repairs could be made. It was our understanding that maintenance had spoken with you in person to explain the unexpected situation and that the move to a different location for one night was acceptable. We do apologize for that misunderstanding and hope that you will consider coming back again in the future when we hope to provide you with a much better experience overall.

We are sorry to find out that you were disappointed in your stay with us. We cater to a large number of people year round who come here to enjoy nature and the outdoor activities that our area has to offer...snowmobiling, whitewater rafting, ATV'ing, hunting, hiking, etc... However, these activities do not diminish the importance of personal comfort when lodging. We do offer an arcade room in the main lodge, a hot tub and games that can be signed out for use. We do wish you had come to the front desk to express your concerns during your stay so we could have been given the opportunity to try and accommodate your needs more and address any issues with the shower and front door immediately. We do hope you will consider visiting us again in the future, when we hope to be able to deliver an experience that meets all of your expectations.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are glad that overall you had a positive experience while staying with us. When a guest asks for a local area trails map, our staff advises the cost is $5 per map and that the money goes directly to the local Forks Area Trails Club. Our apologies if this was not conveyed properly to you. The grooming equipment and maintenance of the trails is very costly and every little bit helps to ease that financial pressure. We are greatly appreciative of any and all funds that go towards our trails club and hope this explanation provides better clarification.

Service and employees were friendly and helpful.Wasn’t happy. That we couldn’t order off the full dinner menu. Do to the lack of staff. Also no WiFi in the cabins
