They deducted the deposit without me giving them authority to do so, but were apologetic and immediately offered me a refund. Otherwise, very helpful.

We thought the website easy to use and quickly found a holiday house to fit our requirements. Booking and payment was very straightforward and the company promptly kept us informed by email.

Very helpful always on end of phone. I found staff helpful. My only criticism we're we had in answered Neil and also once paying deposits I found it unclear whether your booking was secured!
