The only thing I would add is that I was very disappointed with the 1.9% booking charge as some of the companies I have looked at don't charge this. I had no option but to pay it as I was booking on behalf of a large group and not everyone has their deposits ready at the time of booking. I was given information for a caterer but has to liase with them directly, similarly, for a floor plan and pictures of the room, I had to liase with the owner directly. We're all very much looking forward to our holiday next year!

Booking was simple and I was reasonably happy. However a charge of 1.9% on a debit card is unacceptable. I phoned back straight away and change to a bank transfer (no charge)

Thanks for your feedback. I quite agree with you! Do know we are searching high and low for a supplier that enables no charge for debit payments. Hopefully by next year we will have a solution.
