Giovannitti, Thanks for your feedback. I do agree the 1.9% fee isn't ideal, we are doing our best in this regard as our merchant facility charges us 1.9%. I will continue to search for better options for our clients. We do have an in house and full time concierge member of staff, I am so sorry this wasn't utilized, clearly you weren't alerted to this and I will address this issue with the team. Ultimately you will have a super holiday, and please do come back to me personally on your next trip as I will ensure a commission free booking is applied to your next booking with us.
