Thanks so much for your feedback - which is appreciated. May I ask what we did that was not up to scratch as suggested? I have checked all the correspondences, you seemed to have been served in a timely and professional manner. You have booked, as you would expect, an inspected and much loved villa with Oliver's Travels with all the trimmings you would expect.
