With regards to your 1st booking we doing everything possible to sort out availability with individual owners - 99% of our bookings can proceed and the owner sadly couldn't quite update us on time. You initially booked the property on the Monday 9th March at 7pm, and you were informed via email about the availability issue the following morning (precisely Tuesday 10/03/2015 10:31AM). Feedback is so important for any holiday firm and I am very sad that you marked us down when we did follow procedure and were kept informed in a timely manner. Perhaps you may reconsider. I'm so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service. In respect of the returned calls I have spoken to the team and both Zara and Katie have a note of returning your call. They don't know if they left a message or not so this could be why you felt you were ignored. In respect of the incorrect rate - all the rates are set by the owners themselves and we do everything we can to make sure they keep them up to date. In this case the owner has let us down by not keeping 2015 rental rates up to date. As a result we would like to offer you a 10% discount from a future holiday with us to make up for letting you down this time.
