I thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry - you are entirely right. There was a breakdown when it came to payment, normally we are good but there was an issue (which has been rectified). I believe the owners were away, however i am sorry you were not kept better informed. Ultimately you will have a super holiday, and I will ensure there are a more than a few bottles of chilled bubbles awaiting you at the manoir! Thanks once more.
