They assume that all clients have a cell phone. Not true Their web site gives the minum nuber of guests as 16. Unhelpful if you are fewer

Thanks so much for your feedback. I have studied all the communications with our concierge, and yourself. I do believe that all your questions were responded to in a timely manner. There was a request for the exact address however for security reasons (we offer live availability) we couldn't pass on full information, however details of the locality and surroundings of the property were provided prior to booking. I am at a loss to fully understand where there was a breakdown, clearly something was amiss. Perhaps you may wish to give me a call to discuss further. I would love to get to the bottom of this. I realize this wasn't a smooth process by any means, our Head of Concierge Flora has a positive phone conversation with you to explain the mishap. Very simply we have a new booking software platform that had a temporary blip (which has now been rectified). I can confirm you weren't charged a penny, and I am sorry you received 2 erroneous booking emails.
