We booked. This hoping this was. Ok and it was. Perfectly. More information on the surrounding are and day trips would have been good but the accommodation was perfect. It exceeded expectations which always good Although never did find the winery's that was apparently close by and it was a little too far to major sightseeing so that advise was a bit off. Also not much info from the owners. Would certainly book through you again Regards Pownall family

Thanks for your feedback. I am really sorry you encountered a few hiccups. I have spoken with the relevant member of the concierge team and we do see you point of view. I can however confirm that, perhaps under the radar and I apologize for this, we called and emailed the owner on your behalf on instruction. You did book a catered property, where there is no access to the kitchen which is clear on our listing and you were made aware of this verbally. In any situation I very much don't like to hear of any dissatisfaction with any part of the journey with us and as such I will be delighted to offer you a 10% reduction on a future holiday with us. Furthermore I have seen the château, ultimately you will have a superb holiday the setting is quite remarkable. Sincerely yours, Ravi Sabharwal.
