Thanks so much for your feedback – it is always good to hear from our bookers. From what I understand from the team, there was an issue with 1 chateau (of the 3 you expressed in interest in). The price variance to which you refer was regarding Chateau Rideaud, that chateau is primarily a wedding venue and is normally a price on application venue. That said the owners, and Oliver’s Travels fully appreciate that we need to update our website and we are in the process of gathering the correct 2014 price and accommodation details from the owner. We are of course sorry for this mishap and our website will be updated shortly. The other 2 castles you reserved it was a smooth process, for those chateaux we have very proactive owners who update us regularly. Thank you for proceeding with the booking for Domaine Fabriges, it has been inspected by our France concierge (Flora) a few months back and it is an amazing – amazing property. Thanks very much for your Feefo feedback. With regards to ABTA we do in fact have a bond that covers us for accommodation only (as we don’t supply travel) in the event of our failure. You may check this with ABTA directly. Furthermore as a gesture of goodwill I will be delighted to not apply the credit card fee to the balance payment. Again - thanks for getting in touch.
