Thanks for your positive comments with regards to your stay at Chateau Siregarde last year. I would say 50%+ of our owners add a few extras in their terms (whereas a property like Siregarde all the costs are wrapped up in the rental price). We will endeavour to make our listings clearer and to advise our owners that an all inclusive rate is preferable. Thanks very much for your feedback. I have had a chance to look at your messages - your first contact was placed out of hours and therefore was dealt with by our outsourced call messenger service. I am really am so sorry you didn't get a positive feeling from the outset, I have made contact with their MD and our account manager and this will not be an issue going forward. Every aspect of our booking process has to be smooth and I feel bad you have been left with a sour taste.
