THe booking was initially reserved for a couple of days to allow me to collect views of all the 10 adults in my family, and then make the booking. That went well.

Thanks for your feedback. We received your booking request on the 20th April (Saturday), over the weekend therefore when the office is unfortunately closed. Zara had phone contact with you before noon on Monday morning where she secured your booking for you. The website should be more clear that we are not open on weekends, and I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I hope you're looking forward to your time at Roche, it is a fantastic place, and you will love it! Warmest Regards Ravi
