Thank you for your feedback Lisa. We are sorry that you were not 100% happy with Villa SP023. We have spoken to the property manager who has since been to check on the villa. She has purchased new utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery for the kitchen.
The broekn fridge in the utiltiy room had been removed and put in the utility room as to get it out of the property it involves taking a doorframe off. This unfortunately isn't an option in peak season, but we are sorry that it was there. The towels in the laundry room are kept there by the cleaners to replace when they clean and prepare the property; these should have been put away by them.
The property manager agrees that the bar area is in need of TLC. We are very sorry they did not make us aware of this before your stay. This is now closed and will be re-vamped (along with other areas that need some attention) when the owners visits in a few weeks time.
We always take customers' feedback seriously and we appreciate guests telling us about concerns in the property. We are just very sorry that things were not perfect for your stay. We hope this would not deter you from booking with us again in the future.
