Thank you for your feedback.  

I apologise for the inconvenience of the air conditioning units not working for parts of your stay, only three were found to be faulty.  We did provide portable air conditioning units straight away to help the situation and I can now confirm that all of the units are fully functioning and serviced.  We were just unable to get a technician there in time to fix them before the end of your stay.  

We have rented this villa successfully for over 4 years to many guests and never had a report of rats and as the owner have never witnessed any.    I have, however, taken your feedback on board and requested pest control visit the villa.  They were not able to find any presence of rats but they have put down (human safe) preventative measures to ensure that there is no problem.

I am glad to hear though that you did like the villa.
