Hello, we haveto agree that our Fiona Cairns cakes are delicious, the whole of the PP team love both the vanilla and chocolate. Our guidelines are approx for how many portions, we hope you had a fantastic celebration.

Hello, sorry to hear of your disappointment with the helium cannister purchased, can you confirm please how may balloons were inflated? balloons do require inflating as close to the start of a celebratio as possible as helium will naturally disperse, temperature can also reduce inflation time. We look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, We can see that our team tried to contact you by telephone on Friday 28th June ( your order was placed at 4.30 pm Thursday 27 June) to advise that your cake order could be despatched on Monday , as we had no reply to the telephone call you were emailed at 9.07 am Friday morning . As we received no response to either communication, a full refund was processed. We apologise for any disappointment caused.

double check the order if there’s missing items. did not call back because the item that are missing were cost £2 plus did not bothered to call the service
