Hello, Thanks for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service received. After investigation we can see that your order was placed late afternoon on Friday 17 May after a 2pm cut off time. Your payment would have been taken at point of placing your order and we noted that you provided the following party date on your order - Date of party: 22/05/2019 . As you provided a party date the team would have ensured that your cake was despatched as close to your celebration date as possible, so again we are very sorry for any inconvenience . We do hope that you will trust us again in the future, if you do, please do ask for our Customer Service manager who will be happy to personally manage your order for you.

We do apologise that we entered the date of the 17 May , this was the day the cake was despatched , your cake was ordered ( and checked again) on Friday 10 May. We would never lie to any customer , we wanted to answer your feedback to advise that your cake was delayed due to you entering a party date as per your order - we vc an email you this order form if you wish? . We apologise again and would be more than happy for one of the team to call you if you wish to discuss this further ?

Hello, we totally agree that any change to the cake you ordered should have been relayed to you and your comments have been forwarded to the team. We have tried to call you this afternoon and have left a message with your call minder as we did want to speak to you personally. Our customer service manager has processed a refund for your order and again we are sorry that on this occasion we have failed to offer you the high level of service we strive to offer all our customers. Please do not hesitate to contact us as per the voice message we have left for you today on your home telephone number.
