After investigation we can see that your order was placed late afternoon on Friday 17 May after a 2pm cut off time. Your payment would have been taken at point of placing your order and we noted that you provided the following party date on your order - Date of party: 22/05/2019 . As you provided a party date the team would have ensured that your cake was despatched as close to your celebration date as possible, so again we are very sorry for any inconvenience .
