Hello, we are very sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunatley this was due to large volumes of orders for our cakes. We understand from the team that a cake was offered from the extra delivery however this would not arrive in time for your celebration.Again we are very sorry that on this occasion we failed to offer the high level of service we strive to offer all our customers.
