We are really sorry to hear that some packs arrived to you damaged. I've had a look through our systems and cannot find any emails to let us know about this.
Damages through our third party courier are unfortunate, and we do all that we can to avoid these, but in the event of damaged stock arriving, we will have these replaced over as soon as we receive photos.
