Service was fine enough, but as I was laying the flooring upstairs we noticed at the end of the pile that we have 2 packs that don't match everything else that I bought.

Hi, shortly after you writing this review, I had given you a call where we discussed what went wrong with your order. We confirmed that the correct order was sent, and that - among the chaos of moving home- the removal men that were hired, mistakenly lifted 2 packets of your mothers flooring and brought these to the new property. Regardless of this mix-up, we do hope you are loving your new flooring, and we thank you for your feedback.

Ordered flooring and boxes came ripped and damaged. I contacted customer service for a refund and no response. Very very poor service i would avoid buying from here if i were you. Will not be ordering

Hi, we are really disappointed to hear this from yourself. I have now tried several times to get in contact with yourself. I have left voicemails on 2 separate occasions and left emails to which I have not yet received any reply. On looking through your order, we cannot see any evidence of damage (we have photos from the courier of how this pallet arrived on delivery, and there are no notes from yourself of damage on the delivery note) however I am very eager to get this sorted out for you if you could please get back to me via phone or email. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

right so the problem here is I only finally get a response when ive left feedback because before no one replied to my SEVERAL emails. Moreover, I sent pictures of what the bosses were delivered like and also will add they were dropped and left downstairs. moreover, since you apparently have pictures of the delivery I want to see. you have not emailed once and also have contacted when I have been at work. i shall be contacted at jessicabaja99@hotmail.com regarding this issue. i understand it is my review that lead to you guys finally responding as you would have never if i hadn't left the review so i had no choice

Hi, unfortunately our couriers are struggling to keep up with demand, due to lock downs easing and everyone opening up at the same time, this is something we are constantly working on, and the feedback is being passed back onto the couriers as often as we can. The drivers are not permitted to leave goods without a signature, unless the have spoken directly with yourself, and you have given them permission to do so. I would be grateful if you can get in touch so I can have a deeper look into this. We do hope you are loving the new flooring and I hope to hear from you soon.
