Easy to order on line. Was advised by UPS on 3/1/23 delivery between 10. & 2 on 5/1/23. Booked a day off unpaid but items arrived at 11.20 on 4/1/23. So have lost a days pay..

Apologies for the delivery not meeting you on your day off, as you've stated we do use external couriers and although we work hard with them to deliver in full on time it can be difficult to control them fully.
