Thank you for taking the time to provide a comment. As mentioned in my email, I would really appreciate a chance to discuss your thoughts so we can look to improve in the future. As we have recently launched a dedicated sales progression team, something the majority of our competitors do not have, this comment does come as a surprise, given we liaise with all clients and their respective solicitors on a weekly basis (at a minimum) and work on a no sale, no fee basis.
