I am so sorry you have rated our service so badly as we did everything we could to get this to you quickly for Christmas. I have just tracked your parcel. It was ordered on the 20th of December and we sent it the same day. It was delivered on the 21st to your home at 12.43. Unfortunately no-one was available to sign for the item so it is now waiting for you at your local Delivery Office.

There was confusion over the delivery and unfortunately no card was left by the post office. When Willow were made aware of the issue they recated very promptly and tracked down the parcel for me.

Very efficient, orderd on a Sauturday for 'next day' delivery (knew this meant posting out on Monday) then changed my gift message on Sunday by email.
Email response first thing Monday to say changes had been made and gift duly delivered on the Tuesday, beautifully packaged. Excellent service
