I had to wait in line for more than an hour at OR Tambo, I counted only three desks open on the Saturday before Christmas, which was not sufficient.

The staff are very organised, helpful and had all documentation ready for my car collection. The car was in very good condition and COVID checked before hand.

I have Avis presidents club. My rental was not ready for me on arrival. I had to queue for 15 minutes before speaking to the lady.
