Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this for you and can see that your order was delivered on 22/3/23. As per our website, standard delivery to Australia can take 10- 20 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays) If items are required sooner we recommend opting for the express option which is 2-5 business days. Thank you for your feedback. As per our website delivery is normally 10-20 business days however, unfortunately the Cyber- scam attack that Royal Mail suffered caused some delays, apologies for this. Thank you for your feedback. As per our website, standard delivery to Australia can take 10- 20 business days. Unfortunately due to the Cyber-scam attack that Royal Mail suffered it did cause some delays. This has now been fixed and deliveries are going through the system in good time again.
