As a company we do strive to deliver the highest level of service possible, however as our delivery times are only estimates we are occasionally unable to meet the given date due to circumstances out of our control. As mentioned before, our terms and conditions do highlight the fact that we are only able to provide an estimation into the exact delivery timeframe. As discussed with you previously, we are happy to refund the difference of your express delivery, reducing the price to standard delivery. We will process your refund onto your account as soon as possible.
