Quality of the coating on the mesh panels has a lot of very sharp edges and corner of one of the panels has been damaged.

Firstly, thank you for your feedback, I am really sorry you feel that the quality of product wasn't what you expected on this occasion.

when fencing was ordered we paid for next day delivery I wasn't told about their delivery times which apparently are from 7.30 until 530 I was called at about 3 30 to be told that the van had broken

Hi Garry, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you feel that our service was not up to your expectations on this occasion. I have looked into your order and can see that you placed your order on the 21st November and delivered on the 22nd, with the proof of delivery submitted afterwards at 16.47. To help manage your expectations we do state the delivery hours within our terms and other documentation sent out to you and our other customers as well a notification email with your drop number the night before delivery. I am aware Customer Services have tried to contact you to see if there is anything we can do further.
