Awful , I ordered 10 fence panels which were £26 each when I looked at invoice with delivery came to £413 . I rang to cancel order , spoke to someone who was going to get another person to ring back.

I have spoken to customer services who have looked into your order and can see that the invoice amount was correct. This included the standard delivery charge for items which are both large in size and heavy as well as the delivery location.
