Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you felt disappointed in our delivery service. We try our best to ensure all deliveries are made on time and customers leave with 100% satisfaction, however as I am sure you can understand somethings are out of our hands and we are unable to do this which is why we state this in our terms to manage the customers expectations. Many thanks for your feedback. When our goods are delivered it is the customers responsibility to off load the goods where they require them to go. If the customer is not there and want the driver to do this then they will and leave the goods in the place the customer informed him to. Apologies you felt that the place they were left was not where you require them to be however the driver will only leave them where the customer instructs him to. I will pass your feedback on to the relevant departments.
