Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to customer services, along with the depot your goods were delivered from. There was a problem with the picking and quality control check. It seems the pickers loaded the second hand goods on the vehicle for delivery as opposed to new. When this went through to being quality checked they were under the impression that the goods were supposed to be second hand! I understand this caused frustration for you at the time however human / system errors will happen. We do try to ensure these do not and constantly try to improve our service, due to this additional measures have now been added to processing an order to ensure this does not happen. Donna
