I have spoken to the depot in question and it seems the goods had been moved around a bit and unfortunately with any powder coated products there is a risk of slight scratches etc. I have since looked at ways we can avoid this moving forward and additional protocols have been set to minimise any defects on the powder coating. We also offer touch up spray or to replace the items if you are not satisfied. Thank you again. Donna
