Hi Ann-Marie, We have checked our Zendesk email hub and can't find any record under your surname or email address of a contact in. Someone will contact you today via the contact details you left on your pre-order to confirm a cancellation. When you ordered this item, pre-order messaging was clearly displayed on the product page, checkout page, and you also were sent an automated pre-order notification as soon as the order was placed.
