Purchased explorer wheelchair Wednesday evening and received it by DPD Friday morning at 10am. Could not fault service , delivery and wheelchair. Excellent!

Awful company, still offering a rollator with a couple of days delivery although I ordered one weeks ago which I am told is delayed due to staff shortages. Just be honest.

Hi Lesley. We can only apologize for this error. The supplier's sage system hadn't been updated which was showing the rollators as in stock when you ordered, when they were in fact waiting for more to come in. This has since been rectified, which is shown on the product page now (the product is visibly on pre-order, so not sure what you mean about offering it with a couple of days delivery). If you're happy to wait, we can offer you a discount, or a full refund is of course available.
