Good morning, we're very sorry about this. At the time you ordered, the factory was in the process of putting prices up. We agreed to absorb the increased cost for you, but during the time it took to confirm this, the factory went out of stock of a component part, as these were made to order. We tried sourcing alternatives, but unfortunately sinks are not a main product line of ours, so we had no alternative factories to call upon. You are more than welcome to cancel the order and again, very sorry about this. We are keeping more and more items on the shelves these days, but stainless products such as sinks are rarely ordered and come in many options, so they remain made to order.
