We keep on top of all of our pre-orders as best we can, I believe you placed the order for the 600es in a very small timeframe where the original delivery date of incoming stock has slipped, and we hadn't been informed by the supplier. Unfortunately, power chairs are suffering the same delays incurred by the automotive industry at the moment due to microchip shortages.
