The first two guys were rubbish the third guy was much better, gave us so much more information about the area

The hop on/off ferry was an extra.
But just a suggestion, there should be a bus stop closer to the pier, it is a long walk, especially if you don’t know where you are going.

The stops to view the landmarks are often not close to the landmark. The worst is stop 10 for the 911 memorial and the ferry. The walk is ridiculous with no assistance / direction from GrayLine staff

I purchased tix in advance and the booking experience was good. We went to the building inside to get the actual ticket and had no problem.
