Thank you for your feedback. We aim to be as transparent as possible on our website, however it is difficult to fit in all relevant information on a results page, hence we introduced the hyperlinks.
Our Service Providers, especially those who offer Meet and Greet Services do need to plan staff and work rota up to a week in advance and as such they do not accept cancellations within 7 days.
Our experience has shown that a lot of our customers need added flexibility, and to offer them this we have added a cancellation waiver allowing them to cancel up to 24 hours before arrival date or time, depending on the provider.
