Thank you for your feedback. The meat we use is of such high ethical value being from DEFRA approved British farms, using only free range birds (meaning every chicken we use is fully traceable). We use whole free range birds and use no meat meal in any form. This does cost more than meats used in other high end foods, as most use carcass and meat meals as their main protein source which are substantially cheaper, but not as nutritional. We are hoping to release the range in 300g trays next year, but with the current climate, we are unable to provide an exact date of this yet. Best wishes, McAdams Online Team
