We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order.
We have investigated this on the DPD database and can see that delivery had been attempted on two occasions but unfortunately had been unsuccessful due to no one being at the residence at the time of delivery. In addition to this, as no safe place was specified/selected, DPD were unable to leave this at the property.
We can see that DPD had requested further instructions to be able to deliver the consignment, but as these were not provided, it has, sadly now been returned to us. We deeply apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you.
