Allowed me to book a flight but turns out it was fully booked or cancelled so I got refunded the next day which is quite inconvenient, I guess it will be good if the website is more updated

I tried to book for 2 passengers to take one suitcase, but there was no way on the website to do this. Only no suitcases or two suitcases! Your customer service person said to book without suitcases
