Hi Maxim, Sorry to hear you had issues with Fedex and I am glad this is all resolved now. A one star review is totally heart breaking for us as customer services is of utmost importance to our whole team. We have tried every delivery service over the years, and Fedex at the moment is our best option, though every now and again some deliveries do go wrong. As discussed on the phone a full refund has been issued and we are glad this has been resolved.
