Royal Mail have lost the customers parcel and are investigating issues with their Greek freight forwarder. Once Royal Mail satisfactorily conclude their investigation a full refund will be issued to the customer.

After how many days you will give me the money??? I gave 400£ before 43 days and I had to give again the same amount at a different seller in order to cover my promise for a Christmas gift. This is total Royal Mail Mail failure as soon as they register at their system that the parcel departed again 30 days after the initial departure... if you search at UK probably you will found it...
