Hi SharonAfter speaking to you on the phone we were made aware that you lived in a New Build estate.At no time were we informed of this, the delivery was attempted and en route the driver tried to call for directions with no answer so had no choice but to return the goods to the depotThe couriers also attempted to deliver the next day which was then rejected.We also advised that your floor couldn't be fitted until the floor had time to acclimatise as this would have invalidated your warranty .Many thanks
