Hi Madison, thanks for leaving us some feedback. I've had a look into your order for you and 21 packs of Oak White were received on time, but we have no notice of damage either on the delivery note or in any correspondence with ourselves. I have given you a call to discuss this morning were you informed me that you didn't let us know due to time constraints, for future notice we have discussed that we can replace over damages that happen in transit as quickly as the next working day. We hope you love your flooring regardless and thank you again for this feedback.

Hi, due to a high demand we switched over from packs to meters, in part to help reduce waste/ costs and make it more user friendly for our customers. The coverage of each product selected are displayed at the checkout, giving you time to double check your order, and we are available via phone, live chat and emails if you are still having difficulty with how much to order. You had ordered 2 meters of flooring, which had been received on time and in perfect condition. I am truly sorry that you felt you had to throw the flooring away after receiving the 2 meters.

Hi, I am really saddened to see such a negative review after resolving this issue for you. When you placed your original order 2 packs arrived damaged, we had these replaced over as you requested, so that you had enough flooring to finish the project. After this a second order was placed with us for more of the same flooring, I have not had any correspondence to say any of these packs had any issues with this delivery. As our deliveries are made via courier, damages can happen, although we take every precaution to ensure they don't. We always replace any and all damaged products and would never charge a customer for this service. Regardless of this, we hope you love your new flooring and we appreciate your feedback.
