Hi, we have been now dealing with your case for a couple of weeks, and as a courtesy organised collection via courier of your goods, however when they arrived back to our warehouse they were completely soaked all the way through and totally water-damaged. Meaning in this case, we weren't able to accept the flooring back and has been returned to yourself. You had ordered a product called 'Canyon Black Oak' and we confirmed via photographs that this was the product received, and that you had just changed your mind about the color, NOT that we had sent the wrong goods. Although we find this feedback does not represent what actually happened in your case, we do thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

Hi, unfortunately we do only offer a kerbside delivery at the time being, and have to rely on couriers to make our deliveries. We have relayed this feedback to the couriers and we thank you for your feedback regardless.

Hi Mark, we have 2 orders for you,The first contains 2 packs of Senia, and 4 rolls of All-in-One underlay - going by this you have over ordered the underlay, as this QTY covers 40m2, whereas your flooring covers only 4.498m2. As this is an automated system, it can only calculate based on the value entered - so when inputting a value into the Senia (i.e 4m2), the system divides this value by 2.249 (the pack size), the system would work this out as 1.78 and then round this up to 2 packs required.Our friendly team are always on hand to help with any enquirers in regards to measurements, or if you simply wish to double check qty's before purchase.Regardless of this issue, we hope you are happy with both of your orders and are enjoying your new flooring's.
