Sorry to hear this, having looked back on my emails i have replied to your email sent on 06/12/20, and replied asking for some photographs of what you were experiencing on the 07/12/20. This is very unusual, so would have liked to see what you were referring to, and could have helped. But i have had no reply unfortunately. I hope you have manged to get this sorted meantime, and love your new floor.

Sorry to hear this. Having looked back at your order, you had placed the order on Tuesday 1st December, and had chosen the 10th December for delivery. Century Oak Grey is one of our most popular floors, and in normal times we get the stock we ask for and what is needed. During covid 19 the demand for home wares have been astronomical, and suppliers are allocating stock rather than giving what is required. In every instance we contacted each customer from emails to leaving voicemails if we couldnt speak to the customer themselves advising of delays with delivery. Your order was delivered on the 12th, 2 days later than requested. We are trying our very best through a very chaotic time. Regardless, i hope you enjoy your new floor.
