This is disappointing to hear, having looked back at your order, i found 4 orders for you, one on 17/03 (2 x Pepiso), 20/03 (1 x Pepiso), 19/05 (1 x Pepiso) and the 25/06 (2 x Pepiso) . All arrived on the chosen day, with the exemption of one, which was explained via email, there would be a days delay, due to the amount of orders we had on that day. There was one as well which arrived on your chosen day, but there was no one home when the driver arrived at your location, and the consignment was then re booked in 4 days later free of charge. This was all during a global pandemic, in which every one was stretched to their limits. I searched for your email address in regards to no customer service, i do not have any emails from you at all, only the 4 order confirmations, and the email i sent regarding the days delay. Sorry you felt this way, but hope you love your flooring, as it a stunning floor.
